Gift Emporium - Painted Ostrich Eggs

I have always loved art, I have always loved nature, and I have always loved birds, so what better way of expressing these interests than my uniquely delightful, hand-painted ostrich or rhea eggs!

Birds are one of my primary "spirit" or "animal totems" to use a Native American expression. They are a powerful symbol in my life and have included part of my own Vision Quest.

I hope you will take one of these beautifully decorated eggs into your home, maybe you would like to start a collection, or perhaps you would like to order one for a friend.

I enjoy using this medium for my acrylic black-on-white designs. Each one is expertly painted and personally signed by me. They are not as fragile as you might imagine and will not discolor. I don’t spray them with anything after they are painted because I feel this spoils the natural beauty of the eggs themselves.

These are clean, unfertilized eggs from a farm right here in Kentucky. You will find a variety of designs to choose from. However, special orders and custom portraits are not available.

Ostrich Eggs (approx. six inches) are available for $80/each. Clear plastic display stands are priced at $5/each. Shipping & handling is $8 for the first egg and $3 for each additional egg. A 50% deposit is required on all orders.

Each egg is painted once the order has been confirmed.

Please contact me to place your order. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery unless otherwise notified. Third class mail will be utilized for your package to keep the cost reasonable, unless you notify me otherwise.
